Welcome to AMPFLOW. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our web application, browser extension, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Permanent Record LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

AMPFLOW provides tools for archiving and organizing content, including:

• Web content archiving and preservation
• PDF document processing and storage
• Full-text search across your archived content

Additional features may be added over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Where practical, we will provide notice of significant changes.

3. Account Terms

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

AMPFLOW offers subscription-based pricing plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
• Billing Intervals: Subscriptions are available on monthly or yearly billing cycles.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• Price Changes: We may modify pricing with 30 days notice. Changes apply at your next renewal.

5. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial to new users. The trial terms are as follows:

• No Credit Card Required: You can start your trial without providing payment information.
• No Automatic Conversion: Your trial will not automatically convert to a paid subscription. You must actively subscribe to continue using the Service after the trial ends.
• Trial Expiration: After 14 days, if you do not subscribe, your account will become read-only. You can view your archived content, but you cannot add new content.
• Data Retention: Your trial data is retained for 60 days after trial expiration, during which you can subscribe to restore full access.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We encourage you to use our 14-day free trial to evaluate the Service before subscribing.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Store or distribute malicious software or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Abuse or circumvent usage limits through automated means

Content Rights: You represent and warrant that you have the rights necessary to upload, archive, store, and process any content you submit through the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you archive through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Our Service: The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Permanent Record LLC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Permanent Record LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Permanent Record LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's operation or the information, content, or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

AI Features: If you use AI-powered features (such as automated summaries or content analysis), such features are provided for informational purposes only and may not be accurate or complete. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Non-payment or failed payment attempts
• Abusive behavior or harassment
• Storage of illegal or harmful content
• Suspected fraud or security risk
• Legal or regulatory compliance requirements

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Your data will be retained for 60 days in accordance with our data retention policy, after which it will be permanently deleted.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
